Welcome to Communities of Practice, the official online forum developed for the Erasmus+ project “Basketball – KTN”. This platform is designed to facilitate knowledge exchange and collaboration between project partners. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not access or use the forum.
Participation in this platform is restricted to authorized members of the Basketball – KTN Erasmus+ project consortium. To access the forum, users must register using a valid email address, select a secure password, and provide a first name and nickname. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their account.
The Communities of Practice forum is intended to serve as a collaborative space for sharing resources, best practices, experiences, and discussions related to the objectives and implementation of the “Basketball – KTN” project. Any use of the forum outside this context is prohibited.
Users must behave respectfully and professionally at all times. It is strictly forbidden to post any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. Users should not upload content that infringes any intellectual property rights or violates the privacy of others.

By submitting content to the platform, you grant the administrators a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content within the scope of the project. You retain ownership of your content.

The platform administrators and project coordinators are not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the forum, or from any content posted by users. Users access and use the platform at their own risk.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the coordinating organization’s country.
This Privacy Policy outlines how the Communities of Practice platform, operating under the Erasmus+ Sports project “Basketball – KTN”, collects, uses, protects, and manages personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
