									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I always start by trying to convey great enthusiasm, regardless of the group&#8217;s level.</p>
<p>I design a good part of the training sessions so that the children can try movements they’re not used to, by playing in small groups. I make sure that all the children get a chance to play with everyone else, continuously changing the groups.</p>
