      • I think the most important thinks are to create an environment where they are free to play, socialize and enjoy

So games that reflect those basics

After that I start with what they need, but in a general way

        • In our club we usually have one goal: kids need to be driven and fueled with passion. Where there is passion learning is fun and kids are engaged and responsible towards their tasks and commitments as well.

During the first practices, we play a lot: Small Sided Games, Competitions, Challenges, they are the main characters of the game, so we want them to feel like it!

In conclusion, I’d say that the most important thing is to create an enthusiastic environment, where everyone feels accepted and free to experience.

          • I always start by trying to convey great enthusiasm, regardless of the group’s level.

I design a good part of the training sessions so that the children can try movements they’re not used to, by playing in small groups. I make sure that all the children get a chance to play with everyone else, continuously changing the groups.
